Credit Card Hold: We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Rescheduling/Cancelation Policy: 48 hours’ notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must provide 48 hours advanced notice. If you fail to give 48 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the service, you booked. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, you will be required to leave a new deposit.

Late Policy : If you are running late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you after this time period. In this case, you will be charged 50% of your booked service cost. We will do our best to reschedule you.

No Shows: If you no call and no show you will lose your deposit and be charged 50% of the service you booked.

You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID.

We take cash, check and card. There is a 2% credit card fee for all card payments.

At your appointment we will have a consultation, fill out paperwork, map your brows or lips, apply numbing and tattoo your brows or lips. In total brows will take 1.5-3 hours. Lips will take 2.5-3 hours.

Numbing is used during each procedure. Pain level varies from person to person but most people find it totally manageable. Some clients even fall asleep! Lips can be slightly more sensitive.

You must email emily@primrosebeautystudio.com BEFORE booking to be pre-approved. Coverups are taken on a case by case basis. Brows must be 70%-80% faded. Coverups are considered new clients and will be done at the new client pricing.
